What is an ozone pool?

An ozone pool uses ozone — a powerful form of oxygen — as part of the water treatment process.

Ozone (O₃) is created on site and mixed into the pool water through the filtration system. It works quickly to help break down impurities before naturally reverting back to oxygen.

Are any pools totally free of chlorine?

No. All pools by law must have a residual amount of chlorine. Ozone treatment massively reduces the chlorine required for sanitation to improve overall water quality, creating a better environment for learn-to-swim lessons.

Is ozone safe for children?
